With so many breakfast options before our flight from New York to Dallas, we decided to try another diner. Hit or miss? I’m going to say USA Diner was a hit. From the moment we walked in, to the time we left, we felt like we were visiting family. Welcomed at the door and given the option to sit anywhere. We chose a booth which turned out to be a bit tight for our party if 4. We were moved to a table by our server Ms. Anne, who made our dining experience one to remember. She was attentive, sweet, funny and kind. Ms. Anne provided exceptional service! Between the service, vibrant colors and positive messages on the walls, USA Diner offered the right energy and vibe. Burned burned burned. I really hate to write a bad review because the guys were awesome and treated us with utmost respect. In their defense we ordered and picked up the food at 1:00 in the morning but take a look at the pics. There is no excuse for what we were handed. If we lived closer I would take the food back. Lamb chops burned to a crisp. Expensive charcoal! Ribs and chicken were alright with a burnt aftertaste. included desert- small cup of jello. Definitely not food for the sober. Sorry but I'll take a hard pass on this place until further notice.

I would like to start by saying horrible place and service 1) dirty table with spill coffee 2)coffee cups are dingy 3) got a glass of water there was small particles floating in the water took me almost and hour to receive my food finally got it I received just my omelette and was told the pancakes will be out shortly turn in to 20 mins. Poor customer service horrible place will not be returning to this place you get what you pay for in the run down neighborhood if I could give a one star I would

This is our go to diner. We really enjoy the food. The staff is good. It's located within the NYC so you have to show proof of vaccination to eat in..but the also have take out. It's big enough to accommodate families and hold meetings gs but call first and make a reservation so they can prepare for you. Otherwise just walk in. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is Caribbean but remember it's still diner food oriented. Enjoy.
I had a wonderful reunion dinner and evening with my brothers at this diner. We had not eaten or shared together like this in many years! The food was great, our server was attentive and very customer friendly and the place was clean which fostered a relaxing ambience for our conversations and journey through memory lane. Thumbs up to USA Diner!
Dined in this day and staff was limited making getting a menu await! But the temperament was family and the food was good!
My favorite diner for year's waitress was the best. Attentive and lively food was good cheesecake was even better.

Still decent food and prices. Service on a Wednesday morning extremely slow and there was no crowd.
Alas...they are permanently closing on July 10th 2022. I'm gonna miss this place.
