Very unhygienic place... once the whole tray of coconut barfi fell and they just picked it all back up from floor and the owner just put it back in the showcase like nothing happened and just selling it to the customers. I worked there years ago and that's when I realized not to ever go to this store. Beware guys. These people are risking everyone's health! They just want your money
They recently opened their late night take out window. The food here reminds me of my grandmother's cooking growing up in India. Then I remember that I was born and raised in the US... and my family is from the Caribbean. The food is amazing, the staff is great, hands down one of the best dining experiences I could ever ask for.
Not even deserve one star, the staff has no cleanliness, not wearing hand glove when picking and packing. After touching nose, the lady picked the food without even washing her hands. Microwave food without lid and when notified didn’t even show the courtesy to say sorry. Never ever to that place, nasty!!
Very nice place for Indian Fast Food and sweets made on site. We stopped her during our visit to Queens County Farm Museum and we tried Chole Bhatoore, Paneer roll and sandwich, Aloo Poori, and Mango Lassi. Everything was super delicious. Good place for Indian food. I like their different chat they make, and food is always quick and fresh. In winter, it is a good place for Masada chai with some Indian snacks. This place gets busy over the weekend, and parking on the street next to Usha is very limited. They also make South Indian food.
I ordered one plate choke bhature and one plate vada sambar. The chole bhature was decent but the vada was so bad. It had a very bad texture and wasn’t fresh at all. And the Sambar was spoilt. And they charged $7 for that. This got me really upset.
Ordered Samosa Chaat Papdi Chaat. Like samosa chaat more because it was flavorful less yogurt in sauce than Papdi Chaat. But both were tasty delicious. We ordered Falooda as well, it was delicious.
We have went here before last year and the chaat was amazing but our recent experience was not that good. In terms of food everything was quite oily like the it tastes oily. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
These are the items I tried from Usha and I really enjoy them. I would like to go and sit down one day and eat and I’ll definitely update my review guys.
