Valente’s has always been one of my family’s favorite places to eat in and dine out. We love to support small, locally owned restaurants and businesses and Valente’s was always at the top. However, recently, this has changed for the worse. The last few times we have gotten takeout from there, we’ve had negative experiences. I have worked in the food industry since I was 16 years old, so I know sometimes things can’t be helped and there are just off days. Completely understandable. However, each time we have gone within the past 6 months, several food items have been forgotten when the restaurant wasn’t busy, we’ve waited for upwards of 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by any employee when...
at 18:30 by the door dash. driver appeared at 19:30 and was told 5 minutes for delivery. at 8:00 a.m. I called the restaurant and was arrested and said chris would pick up and talk to me. I was 10 minutes in the waiting period. I called back and was put back in the store for 10 minutes. I called back a third time and another person answered. they verified my order and said it would be ready to go in 3 minutes. 10 minutes later it was not yet. then I get a message from the driver that it was ready to show the app that my driver picked up the order. then I get a text that says that valentes has canceled my order! in 2 hours we have never been eating. it's after 8:30 and we need to find a retur...
they have smaller children who work in the back for over 6 hours and then do not pay. you eat is not fresh I am surprised that nobody gets sick. I have my lawyer working on those bad owners because he does what they have done. the owners are disgusting people and how they treat their workers even worse. more disgusting place also the health inspectors are called!
