I had an early dinner at Vega on Cinco de Mayo, and it was such a pleasant experience! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh and served hot. The servers were eager to please, very friendly, and always smiling! Our waiter, Collette (I hope I spelled that right), was professional and genuinely warm, checking in on us at just the right moments. The atmosphere was artsy and culturally vibrant, and everyone seemed to be having a great time. I will definitely return and bring more friends. A message to management: you have a fantastic team. The food is excellent. I went with a small group and we shared the avocado fritters, coconut shrimp, nachos, birria tacos, skirt steak quesadilla, and calamari. Everything was fresh, hot, and tasted great. The desserts and margaritas were really good too!! The place was clean and beautifully decorated. I’ll definitely be going again.
First time going to this restaurant, and from the moment I walk in I loved the decorating, the waitress was very kind and friendly, I tried the birria tacos and it was delicious same for the steak tacos so much flavor ? the churros omg very good ??
