Phoned in for our order to be picked up. Food was done quickly but when the food got home we were missing our salad that was paid for. I phone back in and the guy that answered told me I needed a number or a receipt to prove my order. Wasn’t given an order number over the phone and in this time and age never got a receipt. He said he couldn’t help me without it then got upset and talked down to me when I got upset. How could I not get upset when he’s telling me there’s nothing that can be done. Finally after going back and forth for several minutes and getting more upset, I repeated that the order should be under my husbands name and phone number should have been on the order. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The pasta, Chicken Parmesan, and Veal cutlets were all fantastic! The portions were huge and well worth the price. The Veal was particularly delicious and I would definitely order it again. The staff were friendly and the menu had a wide variety of options. I was pleased to see that they offer a gluten free pasta option. Although I didn't have the gelato this time, I will definitely try it next time as it looked delicious.
It looks too casual with a cafeteria style for ordering for food to be this good! The prices were very reasonable, and the food is prepared fresh and fast. The rose sauce on the pasta is excellent! It has daily specials, and is even licensed.They have more than pasta. There are paninis, salads, soups, wraps, as well as main course entrees, and desserts. The restaurant is clean and spacious. You order, pay, and seat yourself, then your order is delivered to your table.

I have been to this place many times and was never let down. This place is way better than other Italian restaurants in Sherwood Park including Pasta Pantry where I've ate many times.
