This time, I ordered online. I selected delivery, entered our address, and placed the order. Later, I checked the website and saw that it was marked as pick-up instead. This happened despite them always requiring our address for pick-up! When I called to address the issue, the employee responded with a dismissive attitude, making it clear that it was all my fault. It seems like the staff are perpetually having a bad day, which really reflects poorly on management.
Their only saving grace is the chicken bites, which are actually quite good, but their pizza is utterly flavorless. Sadly, my colleagues and I have decided we will never order from there again.
Absolutely Horrendous!!!!! This is the third time they were over 25 minutes late for delivery. So about 1 hour and 35 mins after I ordered I called and cancelled and asked if a refund. The girl on the phone (it 's always some 18 yr old with an ego) just said k bye and that was it. Do not eat at this embarrassing establishment. Your better off getting a hoagie from turkey hill to be honest.
I have no words . I gave you guys a second chance after I ordered my turkey sandwich with no turkey this time it's no chicken on my hot wing hoagie . I gave you guys a lot of business never again . Who ever made this made it with no effort sad you don't care about loyal customers that also tip 20 percent .
Check out Matt Catanzaros post about this place on Facebook. Apparently he worked for over 2 days on a mural for this company and they never paid him. They were under contract and now they're refusing to pay. I wouldn't eat here if I were you. This place is a scam

The pizza and wings here are excellent! It did take a bit of time, but it was definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend giving them a try. The waitstaff were very friendly, and with football playing on the TV in the dining area, I really couldn't ask for more!
The Italian hoagie is fantastic! It comes on a crispy bun with just the right balance of meats, cheese, and lettuce. Plus, you get a bag of chips with it, all for just $7.50. Food rating: 5 out of 5!
The pizza is quite good, while the wings are just average. The service is always fast and friendly. It’s a great place for takeout or outdoor dining if the weather is nice.
There food is amazing, especially their wing bites. But I recommend not ordering for delivery since it can take up to an hour or more. Just choose pickup or curbside.
