The customer service at this restaurant is outstanding, and the staff are truly wonderful. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with Menulog, who failed to deliver my food today. The Menulog driver claimed they delivered it at 2:08 PM, but it was never delivered to me or the address I provided. After I couldn't reach Menulog, I called the restaurant directly. They went above and beyond to assist me; they followed up with Menulog and called me back to share their findings. Their helpfulness and friendliness made a difficult situation much better.
I work near viet apron and discovered it by chance when I was vietnamesely coveted and google told me to go to this place. Since then it has been quite a lot of time. the pork belly bah mi roll is amazing, the pork belly cold noodle salad is also delicious. love coming here eating is always consistently amazing.
I love the Vietnamese Coffee with condensed milk. It's one of the best things in my life! The rice paper rolls are incredible, and Jo and her mum are so wonderful and kind.
