Since my move to St. Anthony, I've been trying to find if there are hidden Vietnamese food gems and I'm glad I've found Viet Noodles! I ordered over the phone and picked up. I had to wait awhile at the restaurant, but it was okay. I ordered Bun Bo Hue, Spring Rolls, Tricolor Dessert, and Mi Kho (dried egg noodles). Bun Bo Hue is one of my all time favorite, so I'm happy to say that Viet noodle has one of the best ones out there. The broth was flavorful and the servings were definitely large. I am happy that Viet Noodles is open. For vegetarians, they only have two options, but they are good. My favorite dish is the Bun Chay salad, which includes seasoned deep-fried tofu, salad, pickles, and rice vermicelli. It is very delicious and a relatively healthy stir-fry option. The owner is very friendly, has a lot of personality, and has the best laugh in the world. If I could base my review solely on the two items mentioned above, I would give it five stars. In these Covid times I'm going back through my memory bank to try and recognize delicious meals I've had, and recognize those in the food business that grind it out; day after day, week after week. Viet Noodles is a New Brighton gem. Generally, NB is pretty bland in terms of eating out...we have a few good local joints, and VN is one of them. Thank you VN for being a part of our community. We had chicken with broccoli and sweet/sour chicken. Not adventurous (per my wife), but totally solid and delicious.
I have been going here for a while now but I am very disappointed and won't be returning. The food is good but I have been billed incorrectly several times now. The lady is very nice but she upchargers customers. It happened my last visit and I figured it was a small mistake but this time I was billed $19 for a $13 order. I'm not sure if the owner/cook is aware but I have read other reviews and I now know she does this all the time.

Yum yum. I live walking distance from Viet Noodles and since I moved to the neighborhood this past December, have wanted to give it a try. I ordered the rice vermicelli salad with lemongrass chicken to go and it was fabulous! You could tell it was made with fresh ingredients. The owner was a lovely lady who is clearly passionate about her business. I can't wait to go back and try more items on the menu!
The spicy chicken wings at this restaurant are fantastic! The chef really knows how to cook them better than any other place. I am amazed by how flavorful they are, with just the right amount of spice. I can't get enough of these wings, and if I ever move away, I'll definitely come back just to eat here. I also enjoy their strong coffee, which keeps me awake all night without the need for sleep.
I've been here since I was little. for years I've been here, not even I've found something to reduce my rating. eating is amazing and the owner. the service can be a bit slow when the place is packed as it is a small business. that is worth waiting. delicious food for a decent price. If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would.
We enjoyed fresh spring rolls, Vietnamese egg rolls, red curry, and Thai fried rice at the restaurant. We thought everything was delicious. I ordered takeout and had to wait about 20 minutes. The restaurant has a website: thaimorenewbrighton.com.

It was better than last time. I guess second impression might needed. Last time the bubble tea was pretty bad, this time around it was okay. The rest of the food was okay
This restaurant is really close to our house and we love it for take out. I love the spicy shrimp no mushrooms and my son loves the Szechuan hot pot.
