a beautiful discovery at the turn of one of the little streets that make the charm of a nap. the address deserves a detour. patrick who drove his boss in davidson herdley is an epicurean and he has the sense of welcome. his establishment is classified 7/122 but he doesn't care about it, which matters to him is his client. He worships him, and he's shoveling him. It belongs to a rare school. here the raclettes are authentic offered with different cheeses from the surrounding alpages, cow, sheep of pretty discoveries. The melts are to fall, the assemblies are tasteful and light, tomato, bowl, classic chef....The products are beautiful, local and tasty. wines are chosen in the fields of Valais....
Nachdem wir ein paar Tage im Wallis verbracht hatten, entschieden wir uns aufgrund der guten Bewertungen, dieses Restaurant zu besuchen. Allerdings waren wir von der Qualität des Essens enttäuscht. Als Schweizer kennen wir gutes Fondue-Raclette. Ein lauwarmes, eher geschmackloses Fondue, das nach ein paar Minuten seine Konsistenz zu verlieren begann, und ein Raclette mit einer winzigen Kartoffel und einer schlampigen Präsentation zu bekommen, war für uns für diesen hohen Preis zu minderwertig. Auf örtlichen Dorffesten haben wir schon besseres zum halben Preis gegessen. Wahrscheinlich gut genug für Touristen, aber nicht für uns. small but cozy, the evening of our dinner all the tables had been moved outside along the street, creating a very suggestive atmosphere and the owner immediately greeted us in a friendly and friendly way offering us a good Valais wine. we have supper with the typical "fondue du patron" (to the cheese,) very abundant and delicious. Finally ice cream with apple liqueur, spectacular and also offered by the owner, to try for sure. the account was super honest if you think we are in the center of the capital of the Valais canton. also the staff is equally available with customers, we will definitely return!
In the old town of Sion on a pedestrian only street, parc in the nearby underground garage, is this unpretentious bistro which serves typical local Suiise food. Very friendly service and affordable prices make this restaurant a fantastic choice. We started with very good cheese fondue, followed by beef fondue with potatoes, dry meat, cornichons and small onions. All acompanied by a fresh Valais white and finished with a Valais red. Heute hatten wir und eine Gruppe von Freunden ein schreckliches Erlebnis im Au Vieux Valais. Wir waren früh im Restaurant, weil wir sehr gerne die Schweizer Küche probiert haben. Allerdings fühlten wir uns nicht willkommen und trauten uns nicht, im Restaurant zu essen. Wir gehen davon aus, dass wir aus dem Restaurant entlassen wurden, weil wir uns auf Englisch an den Besitzer gewandt haben. Das Verhalten des Besitzers wirkte fremdenfeindlich und machte uns wirklich verwirrt und verärgert und natürlich hungrig!
just beautiful, nothing to say about the quality. from the welcome to the dishes, everything is perfect. Stopd there to take the apero, hunger coming, we hadn't booked for dinner. only to that, the boss always finds room. We were able to eat outside, at 4, without reservation a w-e of the street art festival.Superb address to remember for a getaway in the old town of sion.
We spent a great evening trying to taste our Valais specialties to French friends! And they were not disappointed with the trip! glareyarde and top cheese fondue, top service, good atmosphere, nice terrace, the boss who comes to shake hands. ! to redo :)

Essen und Bedienung sehr gut - auch mit kleinen Kinder geeignet. Auch ein gutes Glas Wein gibt es hier. Wir würden wieder kommen!
