Initially, we intended to order from the menu, but after seeing the buffet options with Renato's guidance, we decided to go for that instead. He took the time to walk us through the buffet and showed us where everything was located. His attentiveness made our visit even more enjoyable. As a biracial couple, we truly appreciated how welcoming everyone was. The food was absolutely incredible! Despite our long history of bringing them business, a mishandled situation by an unqualified security guard ruined our evening. What began as racial discrimination escalated quickly; the guard physically confronted some of the female guests and even made threats, claiming he would call his gang to fight our party. To make matters worse, he displayed his gun without justification and threatened attendees with it. The manager on duty did not step in to resolve the situation.
