We were not offered the possibility between the normal and the extended menu (it was the “normal” menu by default which contained 7 (or was it 8) dishes.since the weather was really nice they were only serving outside (great choice) the restaurant is located in a more quiet part of the town, so it’s almost completely silent outside. We have been in many Michelin stars and certainly the service and the food is in the height. the drop you find, the quality, the attention, the presentation, the environment. for being critical and putting some but that's clear, that only on demand, I would say the acoustics and the mercle that's not the star.
