I am a neighborhood regular and blessed to have a place like this on my doorstep. Much has been said in the comments, but where this place stands out is their extensive selection of whisky (300 advertised, but for the sakes of transparency I haven't counted them myself!) and since they double as a bar (albeit early-closing, it's only a side gig), 80 of them are available for tasting, at a reasonable price (not run-of-the mill whiskies, so don't expect it to be TOO cheap). This is where I go to stash my whisky cupboard, and will not go anywhere else. The place doesn't pander to the cigar-smoking three-piece-suit in-your-face luxury crowd, so it's a rather simple and unpretentious affair unlik...
A wine shop which caters to the local neighbourhood, but which doubles up as a wine and whisky bar for connoisseurs. Over 20 wines to try by the glass or the half-glass and over 75 whiskies to sip by the dram. Prices are very reasonable - even for the rare or limited edition whiskies. You may not know this area because it's not on a tourist street but it is well worth the detour.
This is really a wine and whisky shop, but wine and a selection of whiskies are available to try. The place is run by a charming couple who speak perfect english. They will talk you through the different wines, which you can try, or they will given you a regional malt whisky tasting and tutorial. A nice selection of very tasty snacks are freshly prepared. Highly recommended.

Fabulous wine in really lovely surroundings with lovely people. You really can't ask for much more than that! Charles and Michelle were fabulous hosts, and incredibly knowledgeable about the wine and the whisky. Make an effort to take a step off the main tourist track to enjoy a fantastic experience.
I took my partner here for a surprise as he loves whiskey. We were greeted so kindly and recommended whiskies for the degustation. There is a fantastic selection of both whiskey and wine. There is also a variety of appetizers to eat. Would definitely recommended.
We stopped by here as part of our food tour, right at the end to sit and enjoy all the food we had bought with some amazing French wines that the lady who runs this place provided! We loved our time spent here and will definitely go back!
