Dined here Friday night and overall, it was good. Insalata de Fresca was very tasty; Veal parmigiana was delicious and portion was huge; Grilled chicken pesto pizza was amazing--crust was the best. They also have a great wine by the glass list. Service was good, but slow. Restaurant was very busy and they appeared to be short-staffed. Ambiance was energetic! One thing that was extremely disturbing--the woman at the table next to us was on her cellphone and it was on speaker! No idea why she wanted others to hear her entire conversation. She was loud!!! Vincitore Italian Restaurant is a solid spot for Italian food. I started with the Pizza Bianca, which had a great crust and a delightful combination of multiple cheeses. For entrées, I tried the Chicken Carciofi and Eggplant Parmigiana, both with extra veggies. The chicken had a great sauce, but the eggplant was underwhelming and did not seem seasoned or seared. The owner was extremely generous and brought out a complimentary tiramisu along with port at the end of my meal, so I was very happy with the service. The ambiance is dated but not terrible. The food was absolutely amazing! The service was exceptional, and everything on the menu sounded tempting. It was genuinely tough to choose what to order. The restaurant is nestled in a corner of a strip mall, which might be why it wasn't very busy. Truthfully, this place deserves to be packed! It's rare to find a genuine restaurant that isn't part of a larger chain. We truly enjoyed the experience from start to finish.
Our dinner was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We started by sharing a delightful plate of calamari accompanied by perfect marinara sauce. I ordered ravioli filled with lobster, served in a delicious saffron sauce with tiger prawns, while my husband enjoyed one of the best lasagnas we've ever had. Food is excellent Service is Great Ambiance is nice They have a great vegan plant based menu and it is Fantastic! All the dishes are really good. There where four of us, we tasted each other's meal, excellent Italian, Whether plant based or not! I think the Zinfandel from Paso Robles they serve goes well with just about everything! Vincitore truly embodies Italian charm and stands out with their Risotto Arrabbiata. It's undoubtedly one of the best Italian restaurants in the area. We often order takeout from Vincitore, and my favorite dish is their Risotto Arrabbiata. The Caesar salads are fantastic, and their bread is simply unbeatable! Service: Delivery.
The food was disappointing overall. The Caesar salad was overdressed and served at room temperature. The pasta with chicken was smothered in a heavy sauce that had an overwhelming taste of butter. The Chicken Marsala was tough, and the pizza was unremarkable. The garlic bread, however, was the highlight of the meal.
