We had the worst customer service. We got our drinks 25 minutes after we sat down. Our food never actually arrived. We watched three other tables get served and they all arrived after we ordered. Our server was scrambling and we caught her not telling us the truth twice. We also witness another table not getting their food. We were so disappointed and will not go back.
Major difficulty was upon arrival. We gave our name and reservation time and then watched as three different employees all tried speaking with a disgruntled patron as more people came in the front door and waited. There are ways to work with the unhappy while still keeping the flow going so as not to add to the list of the unhappy.
We normally enjoy Vito’s before going to the Fox. We had a reservation but we weren’t seated until 30 minutes after our reservation and they actually seated a party before us who had a reservation after us and arrived after us. We did make our show at the Fox, but barely and I was very stressed. Not the normal experience I expect.
We are in town just for the night and wanted to try a new pizza place. I'm happy we chose Vito's, it was super tasty. We ordered to our hotel and the driver was super polite and quick to deliver. Food was fantastic. The garlic cheese bread was the bomb! Very tasty pizza. If I'm ever in St. Louis again, I will be going back. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
My colleague and I dined here on a week night. It wasn’t too busy. The food was above average for this category of Italian restaurant. The service was excellent. I had a pizza , thin crust with ham and sausage. Pricing was reasonable. We will go back in the future
I got a simple 10 inch cheese pizza with black olives and their fettuccini Alfredo, no meat. Also got a Caesar salad and it was delish, everything was so good!! Service was great and I got all that food for $30! Definitely recommend this place
Had to wait a bit even with a reservation; food was overcooked, not worth the money . They get such a big crowd from the Fox Powell should be better prepared .
The best sicilian style pizza. No Lambrusco to go with it. Room for improvement on desserts. Salad portions could be larger. Overall a good quality and value. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
