I had a hankering for linguine and clam sauce and I've been driving past this place for over a decade so I thought I'd give it a shot. The host was cool and even though I was alone said it was cool to sit in a booth. The place was about half full with one big party and a couple of couples. Other than a baby crying it was pretty quiet in there. I looked at the menu and looked at the linguine and clam sauce for 25 bucks, and got idea that I should get a pizza for tomorrow; two toppings around 20 bucks without tax for a small eight slice pizza. I placed a phone order for two, two-topping pizzas and a 10-piece hot wing for pickup. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order, I was disappointed to discover that they had not made my order due to a mistake on their end. However, the employee who had taken my order did remember it. I decided to be patient and place my order again. I paid $64 and waited 20 minutes for my food. It was frustrating that they did not apologize for their mistake or offer any explanation for losing my initial order. The sauce on one of the pizzas was not evenly spread, with one half of the pizza covered in a thick layer of sauce and cheese, making it almost like a pan pizza.
I was hoping this would be a great mom and pop place to enjoy some authentic pizza. However, it I was disappointed. I ordered a saporita pizza and hot wings plate. The food itself was above average. The chicken was decent but not worth $13, I could 've gotten better at wing stop. The pizza had the ingredients but they didn 't come together, the dough was a bit tough. It was not worth $20 for a small 12 pizza that supposed to be gourmet . Maybe the store has been around for a while and had good relationship with the locals, but I felt that I wasn 't getting what I paid for.
It's been a long time since we had pizza at Vittoria. I was immediately annoyed when I saw the written sign: $1.00 for a glass of water, refills are free. What the hell? However, our server was very friendly and gave good service. The food was good. Next time I bring my own water.
Love this place. Great pizza ?excellent calzone, sandwich, spaghetti and soup so much choice and So friendly. I try almost all. Very food outstanding. If you want to find great pizza or sandwich for a bite come try this place. You will be very happy ?.
Not sure what happened here? meatball sandwich is horrible. The meatballs are sliced and dense? no flavor. It?s been awhile since we?ve ordered from here and I wasn?t happy with my food last time either. Bummer!
The food and the staff are excellent. Not a hip/trendy place, more traditional in a good way. They consistently have vegan entrees that are well prepared and very good.
The Best meatball with spaghetti lasagna . Its how the they prepare the meats the sauce. Professional, efficient very friendly. It's worth your time your family's.
