We found this old school Italian steakhouse near Massapequa, with Frank Sinatra playing in the background. My wife and I were seated at a table in the back by our friendly waiter, Pepe. We started with a house cab and a peach old fashioned, followed by clams and oysters on the half shell and a pear salad. The seafood was fresh and briny, and the pear salad was delicious with bacon mixed in.
For our main course, we decided to share the bone-in filet with black truffle mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked perfectly and the potatoes were smooth and tasty. Instead of a dessert menu, the desserts were presented on a tray. We chose the crème brûlée, which was a satisfying end to our meal.

The service was adequate, and the food was good, but not worth the high prices. It feels like a pricey Italian restaurant that specializes in steak, with a limited menu. The pricing is more in line with New York steakhouse prices than an Italian restaurant. It seems to have an identity crisis. I would rather go to Peter Luger, Rothmans, Bryant and Cooper's, or Uncle Jack's. There are so many other options in New York, and this restaurant doesn't even make my list. It was decent, but not worth $150 per person.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant, from the food to the service to the drinks. Our waiter, Pepe, gave us some phenomenal recommendations. The staff was great, with Oscar running around all night. The place has great food, just be prepared to spend a little extra. It's worth every penny.
There customer service sucked our waiter had an attitude the entire time we were here our food was burnt and there were a bunch of flies in the restaurant the were borderline okay I wouldn't recommend coming here to anyone I personally know

Food was good, a true mix of an Italian restaurant and a steakhouse. Portions were large and tasty. Service was good and the place looks cozy. Drinks were flowing and we had a good time. I would go back.
More expensive then places like Ruth Chris steakhouse. Nowhere as good as Ruth Chris Steakhouse. Moral of this review? Go to Ruth Chris for your steak

Best steak and best service on Long Island. Not a bad fish in the house, waitstaff is great and so are the bartenders.
