Usually good food and service, except this time I gave specific instructions over the phone where the driver should meet me (as usual, and nothing complicated and he drove to the wrong place. After ten minutes of standing in freezing temperatures I rang said driver... and I got an earful. Being screamed at over the phone by someone isnt a pleasant experience at the best of times, so I tried to sound like I wasn't angry and reminded him of the little detail about the meeting place... he instantly shut up, drove there, and claimed he wasnt given these instructions. Ordered a small house kebab, cheese chips and a chicken wrap meal. All the food was stone cold, the kebab should have come with 2x pitta bread, but didn’t come with any!(they did send out 1 pitta but still 1 missing and 20 minutes after eating my cold food). Won’t be ordering again!
Worst takeaway delivery in West lancs. Every order we had delivered was missing things. When we complain we were barred from ordering from them. Food comes cold, late, Manager couldn't care less. Did us a favour. Found a much better place. Can't believe they are still trading.
Absolutely quality,best kebabs around for miles always so fresh and tasty, one of the best home made garlic mayo I have tasted and the chilli sauce it’s hot as chilli sauce should be, always look forward to coming to viva la pizza after a long shift a must try for all.
Been getting food delivered from here for a while now. Been excellent untill today. Large special mixed kebab. Chicken and lamb lovely. Donner meat is like thin leather. Dry and tasteless. Very disappointed.
You gotta try their doners!!! Pizza’s are obviously great but them doners are incomparable! Great service and friendly staff. The owner treats everyone like family. Been going here for the past 7 years now.
