9/16/2019: 1 star rating I have a limited lunch time, so I ordered this online at 1120am. The order said it would be ready at 1132am. No problem, the place is close and I could get there and eat and make it back to work in time. I got there at 1130, a few minutes early and my order wasnt ready. I then started to notice that people that ordered at the register were getting their items within minutes. What got me worried was when one staff member came to me to ask what I ordered. I showed them my phone. Well at 1150 I got my order, had 0 time to eat it and was a few minutes late getting back to work. Thank you Wabba! I decided to try the drive-thru again, hoping for better service than I’ve experienced in the past. Unfortunately, it took over 10 minutes to receive my order. When my food finally arrived, it was cold because it had been given to another customer first and then returned. I was offered to have it reheated, but given how costly dining out is becoming, I expected much better service. In the end, I took my reheated but still cold food, which also didn’t come with any condiments (they forgot those, too), and left disappointed.
I called the Fontana Waba Grill today to place an order for two and had to leave a message because the recorder came on that they were not able to answer the phone. I gave my name and number and said I wanted to place an order. Nobody called me back, I guess they don't care about their customers. Where's the customer service. Will not be back.
Two times in a month, I drove one hour before closing through the car ride and the place was closed. Lights inside are on, but drive nerve ticking characters off. The signs say it closes M-F at 9:00. Does the franchise owner know? If the sign is wrong, it should specify the right hours.

This place is ridiculous. I go here about 3 to 4 times a month...and I think I'm done. Aside from the ridiculously slow service, how in the HELL is WABA GRILL...out of WABA SAUCE. Thats like a pizza hut telling you they're out of pepperoni!?!No sauce for my takeout, no napkins, no fork.
Ordered the sweet and spicy chicken bowl with white rice and loved it. Chicken was so soft and moist. The sauce they topped it with had a good flavor as well. We also ordered dumplings and wish we had ordered more! Can't wait to come back.
This place is great. The food was amazing. And the service was great had a hard time choosing and a girl named Alejandra really helped me with my choices. Amazing service. Recommend!
The steak rice was great. Healthy lunch option. Going to try their salmon on my next visit. Highly recommended !!!
