Whenever I'm uncertain about where to eat, I always choose Waffle House! Whenever I travel, it's my reliable option for a hearty breakfast that is budget-friendly. The Jefferson location lived up to my expectations, offering delicious food and a welcoming staff that ensured a lovely morning with friends. The team was friendly and attentive, even though we were their first group of the day. The establishment was clean, and the staff was actively tidying up to prepare for the new day after the overnight shift. I went in for breakfast and immediately spotted flies on the counters and at my table. As I walked in, it wasn't just a couple of flies; there were quite a few buzzing around. The staff member noticed my discomfort and admitted, "Yes, the flies are pretty bad over there. You might want to sit on the side near the register." So, I decided to move to that area. However, as I was about to sit down, I saw that there were flies over there too. This location clearly has a significant fly problem that needs to be addressed.
Employees in the parking lot smoking, nobody cooking. When cooking did get finished bacon was beyond meat only resembling a burnt offering. Over medium eggs could have been used as a hockey puck. The server did recognize the eggs and had them redone to only being passed through the skillet momentarily and served from the line as over raw. The hash browns and toast was good. Heading to McDonald's to grab some breakfast. Thanks all.
I had my first visit here and I absolutely loved it! Our server, Robin, was fantastic and even left a lovely message on our check. I'm already looking forward to coming back! Everything I tried was delicious, and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place. The southern hospitality is truly wonderful! 10/10!

So unorganized and unprofessional and very slow even when they're not busy!!! I been waiting to order for about 15 or 20 mins!! No one helped me yet!! I'll never recommend this place to no one!!!
That lady throws down!!!!! I have been to many Waffle Houses and none compare. The bacon was quality crispy, eggs perfect, everything was 10/10
Aura was the most pleasant service person I have encountered in a very long time she was very good and my food was right.
