The waitress eventually came out from the back to take our order, but instead of standing, she pulled up a chair and sat down while doing so. After inputting our order, she spent a few minutes at the register, then appeared to be occupied with her phone, leaving us uncertain about what she was doing next. After about ten minutes, a few more customers arrived to place take-out orders. Perhaps the state of the dirty tables deterred them from dining in? I was just surprised to see the tables left in such disarray for so long. It almost felt like a strategy to avoid having too many patrons at once, considering there was only one waitress to handle the floor. I haven’t encountered such an appro...
Very clean and my waitress,(Asia) was excellent and she also cooked my steak for perfection and was very polite! Your only improvement would b to return with the customer just a little earlier an excellent employee!!!! The cook on the other side not so professional, his shirttail was not fucked, no facial net on the beard and don't wash hands in front of the hand food, but seemed more interested n the waitress instead of his customers! Areas of improvement would be either retreat or release!!!!
I had a wonderful breakfast here. The eggs were cooked perfectly, which can be tricky to achieve at other places. The bacon was delightfully crispy. The only downside was that the waitress seemed a bit inattentive; I was never offered a coffee refill or asked if I needed anything else. Despite that, I still left her a decent tip out of sympathy. She had multicolored hair and several unconventional piercings, but there wasn’t a smile to be seen.
The food was enjoyable, but the atmosphere was quite loud due to the staff and the music. The server who took my order wasn’t actually my assigned server and ended up getting my order wrong. Although another server tried to fix it, I ended up eating what was served because I was too hungry to wait. The manager didn’t seem to be concerned about the situation. This was a great Waffle House! The staff was the nicest I?ve come across in a very long time. Tammy was my server and she was awesome! The chef cooked my omelette and hash browns scattered all the way and it was mind numbing perfection. I will be back every time i pass through Hickory!
They are so short staffed they were only doing take out orders but don't allow u to call it in head of time. The food is always good though. They just need to figure out a different way of operating until they get more help because everything has been different my past 3 visits here
Food was awesome, again. Yay ! And our waitress was the best ? The night crew always makes us feel welcome with top notch service and great food. Highly recommend this location if you're thinking Waffle House.
The boy and I have to eat alone tonight. Eating was on the spot, service was prefect, and had the place for ourselves for Giggles and laughter with the staff. Everything in all was a great experience tonight. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
