The coffee was good, but it was served cold and took half an hour to receive! Strange. The service was even worse! When I sent the cold coffee back, it took another half an hour because they prioritized making coffee for other customers over ensuring a dissatisfied customer was satisfied. I will not be returning, even if I was paid to do so. Such a waste of time.
If you're looking for generous portions of delicious waffles, excellent service, and affordable prices, this is the place to go. We drove 2 and a half hours from Newcastle to Sydney and it was well worth it. We were not disappointed and will definitely be returning next week. Keep up the great work! - Jason and Jojo.
Coffee was good but served cold and took half an hour! Ridiculous. Service is even more shocking! Sent a cold coffee back and took another half an hour as they needed to make other peoples coffee than to make an unpleasant customer happy. Wont be coming back even if you paid me. Waste of time
When there for waffles great great service.. fantastic food.. good price.. drove 2 and half hours form Newcastle to Sydney to go there we are not disappointed.. bood booth for us next week keep up the great work.. jason and jojo
