We waited mins in a queue outside on a Thursday and I have to say it was well worth the wait. I think if I was to offer some advice to the restaurant it would be to communicate that the restaurant is practicing outstanding...social distancing measures inside the restaurant as this would have put my mind at ease while waiting in the queue the service was exceptional from beginning to end and more than made up for a terrible experience I had in St Albans. After a minute wait that lasted nearly we finally got in , The wait was soon forgotten after entering the pleasant surroundings and receiving a friendly reception from the staff. I wasn't sure what to expect on the menu but Daughter No the Chicken Katsu Curry and Daughter No went for the vegan option. Fantastic value for money the helpings were very generous which is a rare treat nowadays. Washed it down with Lucky Buddha beer Small ornate bottles that pack a punch. Had a great evening and look forward to going again, the next time we are in Bath.
The food was amazing and all served within about minutes of ordering! Had to queue to get in but worth the wait! Unlike the shocking experience we had in Cannock Wagamama, we all ordered very different things and they all came out as we...know on a different order, but all within a space of about minutes. Tofu’s amazing; gyoza and katsu delicious. The waitress and the manager were awesome very very good service very attentive gave a good tip as they deserved it! We were in and out within about mins!!!
I arrived to the site at and was told please wait outside and someone will come and get you. Over minutes had passed and a lot of other tables had gone straight in I assumed they had a booking. I then came back...inside and waited a further minutes until a server finally noticed me. I was shown to a table. I spoke with the duty manager Georgia and explained the situation and she was very apologetic and made me feel much better.

we usually love wagamama. but the service in the filiale in bath was the worst we ever had. the personal just didn't seem to care, we had the green tee and it was lukewarm, my partner complained. we got replacement cups, but as he wanted the same to be refilled by the same person. the young man who served us just didn't seem to want to be there. on the plus side, eating was acceptable. just a scandal about the personal!
We were a party of staff were very attentive. We made our food order in one go, unfortunately we got our meals separately. By the time I got my meal nearly everyone else was finished, as there were only of us it would...have been easy to have got them prepared and given out at the same time. The food was good, well presented, no apology for ‘forgetting’ an order. Reasonable priced food.
I was a bit comprehending as it wasn't like new places to eat it, being coeliac, but they couldn't feel more relaxed. one of the managers came by personally and treated my order and my eating. quite a selection for...gf, which was amazing. the food was nice, delicious and filled me. many thanks for an amazing meal, but also all my fears to mitigate. next time in the city xx
Vegan katsu, vegan spicy cauliflower, vegan ribs, vegan ……….. so much to chose from that is plant based and always filling. Love that you can get take out too if no time to sit in restaurant.
