I heard that the best ramen in Hawaii rivals that of Japan, so I had to give it a try. Every dish was a delight! The ramen was perfectly bouncy, and the broth was rich, balanced, and flavorful. I also ordered a few appetizers, and they were equally impressive! The shrimp was wonderfully bouncy and wrapped in a tasty fried coating, complete with a tail for easy eating. The chicken was tender on the inside and crispy on the outside—no fiery sauce needed to keep me coming back for more. The spicy cucumber wasn't spicy, but it was still wonderfully crunchy. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place! Thank you for an amazing meal!
I can only say that it was absolutely phenomenal. They still have stringent COVID-19 protocols in place, but we arrived right at opening and managed to secure a spot. The corn was extraordinary, especially when dipped in a little bit of pink sea salt. The ramen was delicious, and the shaved pork was a fantastic twist on the traditional dish. I also really enjoyed the min char sui, and the shoyu sauce took it to the next level. The only thing I wish is that I had more room in my stomach to enjoy everything completely!
Great ramen. Best I have had in the states. Broth is rich and flavorful, and their spice options are sure to satisfy anyone. Make sure you look over their customization options before you order! You can change a lot of things about your bowl. You will want to make sure you have a reservation here, it gets busy very quickly. Service is fast and polite. It hardly took us any time at all to get our food after the order. The garlic tonkotsu was amazing. Very highly recommend this place!
Had the veggie ramen, spring rolls, chicken karaage. Got a huge portion of the chicken (took a while to come) with a yummy tangy sauce. The ramen was AMAZING! Super flavorful! The spring rolls were good too (hot and crispy) not as oily as you’d expect. You’ll need to make reservations as they fill up quite fast but the service is quick too so you should be able to get a table with little wait time.

Very busy place. We came at 5pm and restaurant was pretty full. Parking lot is quite small so it’s easier to get a spot if you come early. Food was absolutely outstanding. Highly recommend garlic tsukemen and freshly made dumplings. Don’t forget the yuzu sorbet for dessert it’s very refreshing!
The ramen noodles are fantastic, and I highly recommend the Mini-Bay Sui-Schale as well! And let’s not forget the desserts—the Yuzu Sorbet and Kona Coffee Gelee are simply the best!
I love her vegetarian Hiyashi, it's one of my favorite Ramen dishes ever. The mochi ice cream has warm mochi and a molasses syrup that is actually quite well together. Great.
Best spicy ramen we’ve EVER had! The flavors were complex and everything was so fresh. Service was superb. Waitlist process was seamless. Highly recommend!

Amazing ramen and amazing service. The broth is as good as I’ve ever had. Noodles done just right. Small intimate dining room that’s with the visit.
Ramen noodles are great I'd also recommend the mini char sui bowl! Last but not least, the yuzu sorbet and Kona coffee jelly are the best dessert!
