We have been using this take away for years, therefore a good a loyal customer. Not anymore. We ordered our meal to be delivered for 7pm, they said they were busy therefore would 7.30pm be ok we agreed. Never arrived, we telephoned and they said there were extremely busy and it would be late as the driver had not returned and our meal was ready and waiting. They even suggested do we want to cancel or order, bascially they couldn't of cared less if we had it or not. When it did eventually arrived it was cold and not good at all. Yes I do understand we are in lockdown, but do not be greedy on your intake of orders. Remeber this pandemic will not last for ever and you ha ve lost all your loyal...
On Friday, September 10th, 2021, my family and I ordered a takeaway from this restaurant. We have been regular customers, but since it is now under new management, we have noticed a significant decline in quality and standards. Unfortunately, all of us have gotten food poisoning from the terrible food we received. We will not be returning and have lost our loyalty to this establishment. I recommend avoiding this place completely unless you enjoy spending the day on the toilet.
I absolutely adore the food at this restaurant. The flavors are incredible. The egg fried rice was particularly outstanding and could easily stand alone as a meal. I am always impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism in the kitchen while preparing the meals. It is evident that there is a lot of love and skill put into every dish when both chefs are cooking. I cannot wait to try a new dish each time I come back.
We ordered several dishes and were looking forward to a curry, but we were very disappointed. The curry was bland with no spices or flavor, just a taste of water. The chips were reheated, the spring rolls were greasy, and nothing seemed fresh. It was also quite expensive. We weren't aware that the restaurant was under new management. We've had good meals here before, but we won't be returning.
I cannot fault the food and service provided by Wah Do. We ordered by telephone, food was delivered to our door piping hot, social distancing rule adhered to (during Covid-19 pandemic). Our meal was absolutely delicious. We are very pleased to support a business such as Wah Do and will definitely be ordering from them again in the near future. Thank you for a very tasty meal!
Wah Do House offers the best takeaway Chinese food I’ve had. The salt and pepper chips along with the chilli shredded beef, chicken batter balls and mushroom omelette, to name a few, are excellent. I have been ordering from here for years and will continue to do so. Lovely chatty staff and fast service too!
Their son son tried to collect £3000 from my mother then from me. I’d say he’s an idiot but his parents have made a business. Come here if you want their son to try and rob you………..
Food is good but often later on time than accepted at, sometimes we have the children waiting to go to bed after eating so it could do with being on time but the food is good
