To the rude security woman . I will not be visiting Malvern Waitrose again just becuase I was wearing a tracksuit she don’t need to follow me around . Thinking I was a chav . Very rude lady I left my trolly and walked out . She followed me staring at me outside . I felt very uncomfortable. I will not be using this store again obviously she has no people skills
Waitrose is essentially just like any other major supermarket. One thing I have noticed is that the fresh produce is often of lower quality, with avocados that are consistently hard and inedible and don't ripen at home, as well as inconsistent quality in apples. When it comes to fruit and vegetables, M&S is definitely the better choice.
The service at this restaurant is terrible. The menu options are limited because they are missing half of the ingredients due to delays in getting deliveries. The staff is rude and the management refuses to take responsibility or make any excuses. It is clear that they no longer value their customers like they used to.
the cafe has the same food as other waitrose cafes but the amount of food you get can vary wildly from day to day. i had the same thing twice in the same week and the amount was quite different. ... the partners here are doing a fantastic job keeping the store open, managing the queues and providing great service with care, consideration and good humour. Nothing is going to make things easy at the moment but these guys are doing what they can to help. Well done and thank you
I have complained to management several times about the area outside being very dirty. I was told it was being cleaned but nothing happens. Why not? Its a disgrace. All the way up from Graham Rd. And why have you stopped selling buttermilk?
Can only assume one star reviews are by trolls and/or staff of so-called competitors. Politest and most helpful staff of any supermarket. Not the cheapest, but quality and variety are unequalled.

Always a good selection of goods with veg, fruit, and lots more . Also has a good buffet with nice food and a view over the fields to Evesham
