The dining experience here is consistently impressive. We dined on Sunday afternoon and tried the gammon and a vegetable option that wasn’t baked but was sweet, complemented by a lovely roasted sweet potato sauce. The vegetables were perfectly cooked and never soggy, and at £9.99, I think it’s a great value. The service is also quite quick; I recommend ordering your food at the same time as your drinks, especially when they're limited. The staff are very friendly, and we usually don’t need to make a reservation since there are often one or two empty tables available. I had my first meal in the Lake District, and I think it would have been even better with a baked potato instead of the option I chose. The piña colada was delightful—I’d be willing to share my secret ingredient if anyone asks! A special mention goes to Jade, who did an amazing job serving us at the table. I was hungry at 8 PM, and the restaurant didn’t disappoint. I ordered two beers and a curry, and it came to around £18. I have nothing negative to say about the experience. The server politely apologized for not having chutney, but I didn’t mind at all.

all they can eat for £9.50, including the continental breakfast. so it is worth what they can get. enjoy this now and then after a night shift recommended.
