we sat outside in the small terrace area at the beginning I think we were first forgotten because they were short personal and busy. but after they have come inside to let them know that it was amazing service. eating was delicious my sister and I got a few dishes to share, although it was difficult to choose many different items. everything we got was amazing in his own unique way. the cocktail I got was also good in spite of coming back in tune for thai.
Amazing cocktails, I will be going in for just a drink at some time in the future. Unfortunately I can’t remember the names of the dishes we got but everything was top notch. This is elevated dining for sure. Next time I go I’m going to dress a little nicer…. Also the service was amazing. Don’t go to Waldo Thai if you want the usual pad Thai. Go and try something new. I promise it will be delicious.
While it may not stand out from the outside, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit! The food is delicious and the menu is always changing. During my recent visits, I noticed a dedicated section on the menu for vegan options. The staff is very accommodating and willing to answer questions or make modifications to dishes. I will definitely be returning and recommend this place to others.
I was disappointed by previous attempts at veganizing Thai cuisine at other restaurants, but I was pleasantly surprised when I tried Waldo Thai. They offer a vegan menu with delicious dishes complete with sauces. The staff is friendly and community-oriented, and the restaurant itself is beautiful, making it a great spot for a date night. Best Thai food around. People come from across the world to ear here. Beautiful authentic decor. Very nice place. Great drinks, and the absolute best Thai food. They have many delicious options, and many of their offerings are locally sourced and farm raised. The service is impeccable, and their attire is fitting. Please eat at Waldo Thai because it is a treasure right here in KC
eating here is amazingly full of taste. the portions were large and filled. a escape was great enough to share. our waiter was knowledgeable on the menu and was really informative. I'm sure it's coming back. I ate here a long time ago and had this delicious pineapple/chicken dish and that brought me back. add this to my list of places to visit regularly.
the staff was so friendly. it was my friend and I first time there and we had several questions and our waiter was helpful to tell us what was good and how small plate Wednesday works. it was also my first time and it wasn't my last time. for 2 people we share a entree and appetizer, perfect amount of food for both of us.
