I haven't eaten here for a few years. Recently I ate here on a Wednesday for a late lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The service was fabulous. It was not to do at 22:30, so we received a lot of attention. I had a delicious lamb briyani (rice) dish that I had the name, sad, that was absolutely delicious! I swallowed the whole dish of generously cut food. The kitchen runner brought us this incredible house made hot sauce and mentioned it would be good with this dish. I think I needed half the bottle! This part of Claremont is very nice, and Walter's is especially nice. The food is fairly expensive, but the restaurant as a whole is good, nice, and quiet. They have dishes that children might like and plenty of diverse and tasty options for adults as well. U would strongly recommend this establishment.
Me and a couple of girlfriends went here just to have some lunch and hangout. It's a nice place. It was a bit pricey, but we enjoyed our meal and each other's company. Our plan is to go back in the summer because they showcase different musicians, so we're looking forward to a return visit.

The food was fantastic, the restaurant is charming, and they accommodated my large event last minute. It couldn't have been a better experience.
We had a Christmas party, and the gal serving us was a pro. She handled a large crowd and made sure we all had what we needed.
