To make matters worse, we were seated across from an adult who sat cross-legged in the booth and even applied eye makeup while waiting for their food. I wouldn't allow a child to sit that way at the table, let alone an adult. It was disheartening to see that the management noticed this behavior but took no action. I had higher expectations for this restaurant and hope this feedback proves helpful for the future.
The food was descent, and we liked our outside table. The service was painfully slow. If it wasn’t for the management, we probably wouldn’t have been fed. Also, there is a $6 charge if you use a credit card! Probably won’t be back.
the whole igloo experience was awesome! my friend was with us. our waitress was phenomenal! the appetizers, drinks and entrées arrived quickly. everything was absolutely delicious!
