8/7/21 At about 8:30 PM Highway 36 Leonardo?s local Wawa. I?m a 13 year old writing this review for you. All day I was craving a burger from Wawa. My dad brought me with my siblings to get my burger. When I go back home from picking up my burger. I see that no one even TRIED to make this. Young adults, they wanna work but they put ABSOLUTE NO effort in working. Doesn?t make sense that they want to work but they don?t even try. Good day folks.
Cant believe I'm writing a review on WAWA but what I saw today was pretty bad. Inside was badly managed. Outside, an older black guy was servicing about 4 cars and at the time filling about 4 gas cans. His co-worker sees whats going on and continues to walkto the kiosk and just sit there...doing nothing. In what world do you not help out this older guy? Apparently this one. I don'tlike it and it doesn't look good for WAWA on a lot of levels.
I had a frustrating experience at your restaurant. The staff made an error by putting the wrong lid on my drink, which caused it to spill all over me, my child, and my brand new mattress. It's not difficult to understand how to use a proper lid. I plan to reach out to management about this issue, and I expect that the employee who was working on the night of August 26, 2022, at 12:30 AM will be responsible for replacing my mattress.
The store manager comes across as unprofessional, and it seems her husband oversees the gas pumps. Rather than providing good service to customers, he often shows frustration by making rude gestures at families in their vehicles. The store manager seems unprofessional, and it appears that her husband operates the gas pumps. He has been observed using foul language and making inappropriate gestures towards families in their cars, claiming to be too busy to be courteous. Don't expect much in terms of customer service!
I typically visit this Wawa after work in the evening, and I'm usually one of the few customers there. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing; my food orders have consistently been incorrect. I don't know what has changed, but the quality used to be much better.
You've generally done an excellent job here. For those who don't know, the strawberry banana smoothie is outstanding. However, I wish they would avoid placing inexperienced staff at stations without adequate training, as it has resulted in some disappointing experiences.

They are normally great here. For anyone that doesn't know there strawberry banana smoothie is amazing. I just wish they would not throw someone new on a station not knowing anything about it because it does cause some pretty terrible experiences
