I’ve repeatedly had issues with my mobile orders during the overnight shift. Each time I arrive, my order isn’t ready. When I brought this up to the shift manager, he basically brushed it off, saying, “You’re just one customer, and it gets busy.” But it was actually slow when I got there. The employee in charge of mobile orders was just standing around, while the manager was restocking shelves, leaving my food to sit and get cold on the deli counter. This problem only happens on the overnight shift, and it’s frustrating that the manager seems to think one customer doesn’t matter. My daughter and nephew were playing outside my mom’s house while I was inside with the other kids. Unbeknownst to me, they were trying to find the ice cream truck and ended up wandering around, eventually getting lost and unsure how to get back. When I noticed they were missing, I started driving around looking for them. Then I received a call from an unknown number—it was Will, the assistant manager at Wawa. He told me the kids were safe and sound. I hurried over, and Will kindly gave them free Icees and let them wait in a back room. His kindness meant the world to me! Thank you, Will, and the team at Wawa for keeping the kids safe and reassuring them everything would be okay!
I will never order food from here again. My bread was moldy, and there were two black spots in my sandwich. I didn’t notice the mold until I was halfway through. They really need to check the bread they’re serving to customers. This is unacceptable.
The bacon on the salads is served in large pieces rather than being chopped into smaller bits. It wouldn’t take much effort to cut the bacon into more manageable sizes. Whole slices of bacon on a salad just aren't appealing to anyone.

I ordered a BLT sandwich today and discovered a small hair in it. I'm not sure if it was a mustache hair or something else, but it was definitely off-putting. I'm quite disappointed and don’t think I'll be coming back.
The bacon on your salads is served in large pieces instead of being chopped into bits. It would be great if you could take a moment to dice the bacon. Nobody really wants whole slices of bacon on their salad.
On Tuesday, I had a free coffee that I really enjoyed, and the sandwich I ordered was fantastic. The ingredients were fresh, and the baked goods were exceptional!

The staff here are amazing, but the restaurant tends to be very crowded, making it quite challenging to get service!
