I love Wawa!!! This Wawa has been pretty busy the last 2 or 3 visits. Yesterday there were over 10 people in line, 1 cashier, 3-4 people working in the deli (2-3 customers waiting in the deli) 1 person stocking the floor and 1 manager standing around about to get off work, and didn't jump on a register. Really? About a 3-4 minute wait in line for iced tea. Cashier customer service is always very good, but they need to bump up the overall customer service. Today, no lids in the 32 oz soda section, that was labeled 32 oz lids. I asked an employee, and another customer asked another employee. The male employee went over and pulled a lid from an unmarked lid holder and gave it to the customer, w...
This was my first experience at Wawa. We ordered a few classic hoagies, but the rolls were stale. I spoke with the manager, Matt, who assured me that the rolls were freshly made. However, I told him they didn't taste fresh. He was very kind and offered to replace them or refund my order, but I just wanted to bring the issue to his attention and didn't accept the offer. Overall, I think Wawa is a great company, and I understand that things can go wrong sometimes.
The nightshift staff are fantastic. Kevin and Dan are consistently attentive to your coffee needs and anything else you might require. Kevin is a hard worker, always on the go, ensuring that the store looks its best inside and out while also being fully stocked. The parking lot is the first thing customers notice when they arrive, so you can count on it always being presentable. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!
Mocha, caramel, frozen cappuccino w/shot of espresso b12 vitamins. Whip cream on top?... ?????Try it ?? Otherwise basic wawa convenience location. No gas, nor bathroom. Tight little parking area. A great location and very good service. However, I am leaving only 4 stars because they are out of soft pretzels almost every time I go there (which admittedly is late in the day, but I would still hope that they are fully stocked enough to always have soft pretzels available).
This is one of what I will begin calling a Classic Wawa. That is, no gas station, no bathrooms. Just your basic convenience store and the made to order food kitchen. Store is a bit on the small side. Clean, neat and orderly. Friendly staff.
I really enjoy WaWa, but I would appreciate it if you could make the decaf coffee stronger or provide two options: light and dark. The last cup I had tasted more like flavored water.
