this is a large bushel connected with a large weingut and hotel. beautiful location and terrace. we were disappointed by the service under standard. for example, they didn't think it was interesting that we knew they were out of order until all the guests were served except one. we had some surprises. result is that we really spent too long for an average meal. excellent wine. but there are alternatives that are more cozy and with more attentive service all around.
we have visited these weinstuben several times, in fact we always stop there when we are in the region. eating is very good, seasonal fresh and tasty. house wines fit their offer, we liked a lot of rosé champagne. the service is courteous, professional and friendly. the atmosphere. very familiar, beautiful terrace with beautiful views. very good value for money. we're coming back.
This place offers excellent wines with outstanding local dishes. Both are best enjoyed on their terrace, with wonderful views of the vineyards of southern Styria. The guest rooms are also pleasant and the inn offers a heated outdoor pool and sauna on the hill behind...the house, overlooking the valley. A very local and enjoyable experience.
