Highly recommend this place! Our family came here for supper and we all got a mix of different dishes. The picture shows the Captain crunch wrap, tic tac toe tacos, and fish and chips. All dishes were amazing with great flavour and good amount of serving. The yam fries were crispy and the kettle chips were well seasoned. The all dishes came with a honey dill dip and the food was prepared very quickly. Service was friendly and the gentleman who brought the dishes out was very welcoming. I would recommend anyone to give this place a try! Prices are fair and well worth the meal!
We recently visited Wendel Clark's for the first time, and our initial impressions were fantastic—the atmosphere is much better in person than in the pictures online. You can choose to sit in the restaurant or in the bar area, which features numerous TVs for watching your favorite sports. The food was exceptional. I enjoyed the best fish and chips I've ever had, while my wife tried the blackened chicken brie sandwich, which she absolutely loved. We're definitely planning to return for Wednesday Wing Night and Happy Hour from 3 to 6 PM.
We visited for a family dinner with six people, marking our first trip back since Tony Roma's reopening. We started with some delicious Dill Pickle Caesars, a Coors Light, and a Gin Soda, followed by a Long Island Iced Tea. For our main courses, we enjoyed the Beef Dip Au Jus, Thai Salmon Salad, two Captain Crunch Wraps, a Chicken Burger, and Fish Tacos. The service and atmosphere were fantastic, and the selection of food and drinks was equally impressive.
Very busy, but the service was fast. I ate at the bar, so I didn't wait long. I had the Steak Frites. It was pretty good, but not baseball cut, really just a small sirloin. The demi-glace was great! The fries were good but a little dry. The decor and ambiance is exactly what you expect of a nice sports bar. My wife told me about this place (I'm in town for work) and I would come back with her)
Got the chance to try this place out and they delivered well! The place has a lively ambiance. You have the option of either in the bar or in the dining area. The service was great. Food tasted delicious with great portions actually and the food was priced generously. Their cheesecake was amazing! Will definitely be back!
My husband and I finally ate here. So glad we did! Great food and good service. Price is comparable to other restaurants. Let me tell you about their fries! So freaking good!! Amazing homemade look and taste! We would go back just for the fries! We have definitely add Wendel?s to our favourite places to eat.
The food was great as always! Talk to the servers about not looking at the guests when they decided to go go go gossip and complain about tables there. Very unprofessional and remind them tips are given for over and above service. For over 25 years in the service sector.
