The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I usually just go here because they’re down the road from my house. But after this I’m telling everyone I know not to go here. They’re disrespectful, dirty and just plain rude! I asked if I could do 2 separate orders thru drive thru. And she gave me an attitude saying no. But it’s not impossible? At first I didn’t mind but it really struck my nerve when I got to the window and the workers and MANAGER were talking down on their job and saying “ we are on the do not care wave” while the drive thru window is open. The one lady working 12/1/22 at around 3:45ish was plain rude! She needs to quit if she’s so miserable with her job. Not take it out during work....
This has to be the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to! A few months ago, I used to visit regularly, but my orders are always either incomplete, missing items, or lacking sauce and ketchup. Today, there were different staff members, and when I asked to add an item to my order, the woman informed me that she couldn't do it because there was a car behind me. Yet moments later, she fulfilled my request anyway. Who behaves like that? I thought this kind of confusion only happened in certain parts of Brooklyn! I expected better service in Long Island, but it seems that rude people are everywhere. Wendy's really needs to assess their employees and provide better customer service training!
They forgot two items and When I returned to get the items they gave me attitude and were rude as if I was the one that made the mistake. When I was at the window I also asked if they had Vanilla diet Coke the girl first said yes and I asked again because she didn’t seem to be sure she then responded “no just regular Diet Coke but you have to go back around the drive thru to order the soda”. It wasn’t enough that I had to drive back for the items they forgot as small as they were but then also tell me to go back around and be rude about it.
The staff at this restaurant are simply miserable. There's never a hint of kindness or even a smile. During my most recent visit, the person at the window just shoved everything at me—food, drink, dessert, card—without a word, just saying "here" for each item. Most of the time, they don’t say anything at all. It feels like everyone working there is unhappy and dislikes their job. The food is decent and the location is convenient, so I keep going back, but don’t expect any warmth or friendly service when you visit.

Terrible service. I went last night and I ordered a classic single hamburger with only a pickle and ketchup and the girl rang up a bacon burger then specified no bacon. But a bacon burger is $2 more than a classic single. I told her no I don’t want a bacon burger, I want a classic single. She seemed confused and told me “but it says no bacon” See what she did though? She tried to charge me for a bacon burger with no bacon instead of just ringing up a classic single! What a scam! I usually don’t take the time to review fast food restaurants, but I’ve consistently had great experiences at this particular location. The drive-thru staff, especially in the mornings, are always friendly and courteous. Occasionally, I have to pull forward while they finish preparing my order, but the wait is never longer than a minute. Both the interior and exterior are well-maintained and clean, and there’s plenty of parking available since this location isn’t typically busy.
This Wendy's is absolutely ridiculous the miserable staff got frustrated with our order of 5 burgers (not even meals) so they tore the buns apart and dumped crazy amounts of ketchup and mayo on everything I wish I could post the picture I took of it because it's disgusting.. absolutely disappointed with Wendy's for not correcting the problem as I see so many people have had the same experience with this staff ... Will be sharing this EVERYWHERE
I visit this Wendy's frequently, and they consistently get my order right. The food is always warm and hot, and I have never had an issue with my orders. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area!

Our order was incorrect, and we were almost charged extra due to a malfunctioning register. Additionally, the food wasn't fresh.
