During a recent visit to my son in Raleigh, NC, my family and I stopped at Wendy's on our way back to Virginia around 9:30 PM. We ended up waiting about 20 to 25 minutes for our order, despite the restaurant not being busy and the lobby being closed. There were also two other cars waiting for their orders. When we finally received our food, the fries and nuggets were cold, and we were missing part of our order. Upon request, they did bring us hot fries and the missing items, but it raises the question: why was our order so mishandled after waiting nearly half an hour? They really need to improve their service!
I had never been to Wendy's before, so I'm not sure if this was a usual experience for them. I had a coupon for a $5 biggie bag, but they wouldn't accept it, even though it was still valid for a month. I decided to go ahead and order the meal anyway, but the food was honestly awful. It was genuinely the worst fast food burger I’ve ever eaten. I felt sick the rest of the day, and to top it off, the portion was so small that I still left feeling hungry.
The interior is quite dated and seems to be in poor condition. I waited about ten minutes for my meal, which arrived cold or at room temperature, despite the fact that it was just after the restaurant had opened. I can't help but wonder how long the fries had been sitting out. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, which is probably their only redeeming quality. I certainly won't be coming back.
throw away the whole wendy (and hope that sloppy staff isn't in it). I gave this place a few drinks and it gets worse on everyone visit. I would rather go to briar creek! brot. praised mayonnaise. old speck. please taste their drinks before they take off the lemonades! and watch your food! it is in the cool or warm, what sitting there! do better.

Ordered a combo, and 2 chilli?s with a a baked potato. First both chilli?s come looking like soup! No meat. They say they are out of sour cream and hot sauce! Lady was very rude in drive thru! Then they make you pull up and wait for your food! Neveragain! Terrible service!
I just grabbed a quick snack at the end of my work shift—plain crispy baconator fries. I really love how the bacon and cheese are evenly distributed throughout the whole carton of fries! The service was quick, and the staff was friendly. Great job!
The service was rather unkind; the staff didn't interact with me while I was placing my order. I get that not everyone enjoys their job, but a simple smile can make a big difference. Unfortunately, it seems that might be asking too much.
Reliable food is sometimes the most important thing with a fast food restaurant. And I find Wendy's to be consistent and good enough to have me coming back in a pinch. I normally don't eat fast food when I do, I can rely on Wendy's.

I went in to place my order and everyone there was very helpful and pleasant. I was ordering individual items and the lady taking my order recommended doing a meal deal to save money! I enjoyed my baked potato!
