The staff at this restaurant are cheerful and plentiful, which is exactly how it should be. There wasn’t a long wait, and it feels like the management truly values customer service rather than just cutting costs on labor. My only issue was that some of the food was cold, but I’m willing to overlook that because most of the time the quality is spot on. Mistakes happen, but when the service is good, I can let it slide.
Overall, the service was disappointing; it took over 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru, and my order was unsatisfactory. If I were in charge of Wendy's corporate office, I would consider shutting this franchise down. Additionally, I intend to report this to the health department.
This location tends to be quite busy, but the drive-thru service is impressively quick. The food is consistently well-prepared and delicious. It's an excellent value for fast food.

The food was cold and soggy, and the burger buns were falling apart. I was not impressed. I spent $40 on cold, hard fries and a burger that was difficult to hold.
The food was fresh, and the staff I spoke with over the phone was very friendly. It made for a wonderful dinner for my daughter and me!
I stopped by for lunch, and it was fantastic. Wendy's has the best fast food bacon, and their burgers always have a homemade taste.
