Every time I come here for anything EXCEPT breakfast, the order is wrong. Ordered three different meals: a $5 Biggie Bag with a Fanta Strawberry; a Spicy Chicken sandwich combo with no tomato, add cheese, with a Dr. Pepper; a Hot Honey Chicken with no bacon, add cheese with a Strawberry Lemonade; and two Frostys, one chocolate, one vanilla. Person at the window attempted to hand me FIVE DRINKS in ONE TRAY CONTAINER, after asking me if I needed one (there's just myself and one other adult in the car, so it should be obvious we need a drink holder). The manager here is the professional manager in the world. I tried to get in, because my van is too high for Drive Through, but the doors were locked. So I went around and told him I ordered the app. He said he didn't have enough workers to open the doors. I got my meal and noticed when I drove away, I had a little fry instead of a big fry, he made it right away. The way he treated it, and above all his attitude made me feel as if he took care of it. I go here more often than I should, because I really like wendy 's and this is the closet to my house, but I shouldn't, because its definitely an under-average experience. On Saturday 8/7/22, it was very busy at the restaurant. After informing the gentleman that I would be with him in a moment, I placed my order and waited. When I commented on how busy it was, he mentioned that he was the only one working but was doing his best. He truly was a standout employee! The ambiance was great and the food was perfect. We need more people like him. A big thank you to the staff at Wendy's on Donelson Pike, especially to the gentleman this morning who ran the restaurant like a champion!

I got to the Donelson Wendy’s specifically for breakfast. I got there at 10:25am and got to the speaker at 10:27am. When I got to the speaker, the lady asked for a moment. I waited until 10:35 am and then she said they are no longer serving breakfast. That was the only reason I came to Wendy’s, so I drove off. There was no apology.
I am very grateful to AJ and his staff for assisting us tonight. Our flight was cancelled, but we arrived late at the restaurant where AJ gave us 5-star service, taking care of both the adults and the hungry children in our group. Thank you so much!
Rude behavior bad customer service experience. This is my crispy chicken spicy sandwich. I can understand by California fire that they did not have salad, but they did not add tomatoes and sauce.
I stopped at Wendy's in Hermitage at 3:35. The sign said open till 4. It was locked up tight. I will not go back. If your emoyees do not want to work fine. I won't go there.

It is in a great location, but after the last couple trips to the restaurant I did not get the biggest customer service. Otherwise it would definitely get a 5-star rating.
So kind and nice right after our flight back. So happy to hear Tennessee voices and kindness. Shout out to late shift working hard for those in need of friendly faces.
