Employees were very rude. We made it home, was super sick the next morning and went to the doctor. I am 8 months pregnant and me, my 4 year old, and my 7 year old are positive for hep a now. Would anyone like to guess how you get hep a? Yeah. Google it. Workers weren't wearing masks, saw several not even wearing gloves while MAKING THE FOOD. And apparently one or more of the employees have hep a and are spreading it like butter on hot toast around Nashville right now. I used to love wendy's, but this was my last straw with how bad they've let their service go down and now me and my kids are super sick and I have to be monitored and might be forced into early labor due to some one being sick...
After a long wait before being answered at the drive thru I ordered a number 11 homestyle no pickles with lemonade. My wife and I get up there. First the lemonade machine is broken. Then they are out of homestyle chicken. Check the food I received and there is extra pickles. Recap: I ordered Lemonade ended with Cherry Sprite. I ordered Homestyle Chicken ended with Grilled Chicken. I ordered No Pickles ended with Extra Pickles. This is typical of this Wendy's. I give them a chance about once a year and they always mess it up.
I genuinely don?t think that anyone should eat here. There were workers not wearing masks while in the back where food was being made. In addition to this, service was slow and the workers did not even speak to customers. I highly suggest that you find another place to eat where the people making your food will adhere to Covid safety guidelines and actually say hello to you.
Line in drive thru was looking and very slow but had my heart set on Wendy's. Had been a while and this was the only one we could find. Downtown Nashville I should have expected a line. The staff wasn't exactly the friendliest but I'm sure they were overworked and stressed. The sandwiches were still hot and delicious. Worth the wait

My food has always been fast and as expected. But, tonight specifically was fantastic, in the drive I realized I had forgotten my wallet when I got to the window. The young man, Kevin was so kind and calm and quickly spoke to his manager to get things figured out for me. I?ll be back, with my wallet next time!
Stopped by for a quick lunch on a Tuesday afternoon and although they had a long drive thru and line inside, I was still in and out in less than an hour. I received great service and the inside is very clean.
We got to eat inside!! Clean restaurant, big dining area, excellent and hot food, free drink refills, and very kind employees. One of my best Wendy's experiences.
Mmmmmm....burger right! fries really good. revitalizes too time, so a little geduld. iconic fast food is always good!
