Stay away!!! You will be very unhappy with your service and food!! My recent experiences have been awful went on June 18th ordered a single combo with no cheese and a double combo with cheese. Received no single instead some kind of double cheeseburger with a ton of undercooked bacon gross tried to make the best of it took off the extra patty and all the gross bacon nope still unable to eat all the food was ice cold and ended up in the trash. Fries were cold, undercooked and overcooked clearly a mix of all the really old ones. Fast forward today June 28th My hubby tries to surpise to fulfill my Wendy's craving and was told only 3 people were working and he was only taking cash? Not sure what...
Pulled up to Wendy’s about 10 o’clock last night, young people hanging out in the parking lot started sauntering towards the building, when I asked if they were open one young lady said yes the next young lady said no, when I pulled around to the drive-through window there was a young man looking out trying to see if someone was there apparently? I asked him if they were open or not, he said “we close.” Told him that the other girl said they was open. So he started laughing and said oh it’s a joke…. How is that something you joke about? I hope their store manager sees this.
Placed a mobile order for pick up sat in line for 20 minutes just to be told they did not get my order refused to help with a solution and told me I was holding up the drive thru, I asked if Lobby was open to go in and double check and show them my order confirmation, not the first time this has happened at this location, but person operating the drive through was very rude ignored my questions and emphasized that I was holding up the line. thank goodness the bank was able to give me a refund but will find a different location to go to from now on
We ordered breakfast and had to wait 5 minutes because they were transitioning from breakfast to lunch. This was actually a positive as many fast food restaurants do not offer this flexibility. The staff was very friendly, especially Steven, who went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He even surprised me with a free drink of my choice, which was a delightful gesture. I just picked up food from there. I ordered a Dave's Juicy Double and a 6 piece chicken nugget. Got home, the burger was drowning in mayo. They gave me a 4 piece chicken nugget instead of 6 and they were ice cold. Not even luke warm. Of course no receipt was given. Do I waste $3 in gas for $2 chicken nuggets or just chalk it up as the current decline in the food industry brought on by the pandemic and inflation.
The sign advertised a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit for $3.39, but when I went to order, the lady at the counter insisted I owed $4.09 due to tax. I asked to pay the price on the sign, $3.39, but she refused and threatened not to serve me. Overall, a disappointing experience and I would not recommend this place.
Can't believe I received this in my kids meal! I called and talk to a manager. How can this happen! They were both given a crayola drawing set, one opened and had profane scene on the paper! Have to be a really sicko to to this. My kids are two and three! Absolutely disgusting! Will never do business there again!
The restaurant consistently provides excellent service and delicious food, however, they recently removed the railings in the lobby. This has resulted in a unpleasant smell and now the lobby looks oddly different from before. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
today for lunch, staff was super polite and nice, service was fast, order was perfect, eating was delicious! many thanks for a great lunch Wendy’s south lyon. the good work!
