Beware that this restaurant closes at 11 PM, not midnight. I ordered online at 10:50 and arrived around 11:05. After waiting for a bit, a staff member came out and bluntly told me they were closed. I pointed out that their hours state 12, but she rudely insisted it was 11. When I inquired about getting a refund, she dismissed me and said, "We don't do refunds here; go to the app." Overall, I don’t plan on returning, even though it’s nearby.
The manager at Nicholas at Wendy's was unfriendly and curt throughout our experience. They didn’t greet us appropriately and were disrespectful at both the drive-thru window and the order screen. I have contacted corporate about the situation and will definitely warn others to avoid this location. It has really deteriorated since the good staff left in 2019.
