On March 9, 2024, at 2:30 PM, I witnessed something quite inappropriate at the restaurant. The two cooks, one male and one female, were noticeably too affectionate with each other while preparing our food, which made for an uncomfortable experience for everyone in line. Many patrons were thinking that they should find a more private place for that kind of behavior. I tried to bring this to the manager's attention, but he didn’t come over when I asked him to. If the cameras are functioning, it's all recorded. It was truly shocking!
We made a stop here for lunch while driving from Texas to Kentucky on a 12-hour road trip. When we went to the drive-thru, a lady spoke so quickly that we couldn’t understand her. She then responded rather curtly, stating, “Our drive-thru is closed!” We were confused, so we decided to go inside, only to find that they continued taking drive-thru orders after we left. This kind of service is unnecessary and set us back on our journey.
They are obviously having a difficult time keeping help. There always seems to be new people. On my last visit, the drink machines did not work, there were no containers for the ketchup, there was sweet tea in the container marked unsweet this has happened three times at this location) it really makes me wonder...if the owner of this franchise cares at all, it is hands down the worst Wendy's I have ever been to.
Counter staff acted like the didn't have a clue of what they were doing. They didn't have the salad I wanted, so I had to order something I didn't really want. There was no sweet tea at the drink station in the dining room, instead I had to hand them my cup to fill by the drive through. No one smiled..... EVER. I won't be returning to this place of business.

Horrible this place is a joke I asked for the crispy chicken breast sandwich well they gave me a chicken pattie on a bunch wth so wrong I took it bk in and only for them to tell me they don't have real chrispy chicken breast so I goggle it and if u goggle it its the 1st 1 that comes
This is the worst managed Wendy’s in the area. Horrible service, inconsistent quality, poorly staffed (as few as 2), and they really don’t care. I will not go here again until I see an “under new management” sign.
The website states that you're open until midnight, but when I arrived at 9:57 PM and went through the drive-thru, the staff informed me that you were already closed!
Vegetarian options: Asked if I could get a substitution of baked potato instead of chili for the taco salad. Answer was a NO and didn't even include the chips.

Had my heart set on double bacon burger but sign said exact change only or card so I went to Hardee's they take cash and love
