With respect, to the workers: fast food service must be very difficult.... No one was in the drive thru, or in the restaurant... No other customers...As in deserted Western ghost town, with rolling tumbleweeds, in the streets...Not a soul, in sight... Zero (0), customer population, at 3pm Thursday afternoon.... Ordered an Apple/Pecan salad, w/ the chicken, on the side to give to my doggos, since I am a vegetarian... Also, ordered, and PAID for: double apples, double Bleu Cheese, double Pecans, double cranberries, and two (2) Pomegranate Dressing packets... I used to get the apple pecan salad all the time, but the salad I got today was almost inedible. The chicken was dry and hard as a rock I had to pick it off, there was also no blue cheese or whatever kind of cheese it is on it. I ordered drinks and a frosty, the frosty looked like whipped foam and tasted funny so I threw it away, they also forgot straws which wasn't a huge deal. My husbands burger and fries were good and actually fresh. Guess that's what I get for ordering a salad at a fast food burger place.
I will be coming back to this location because of the incredibly lovely woman who works the first pay window in the afternoon that called me young lady. Her spirit is glowing, salt of the Earth, and such a wonderful person. I wish all the best things for people like her!
Terrible service got my order wrong 2 times and then decided to give me a bare bone burger with nothing on it when I ordered a double bacon burger .and then they gave attitude when I asked for them to fix it. Debating if I want to come back .
TOTAL FAIL TONIGHT. I pulled into drive thru, the only car in the lot and was told to wait to order. Apparently the inside duties come before customers. Truth be told being on their cellphone is more important!
