Been going to this Wendy's for 13 years. They have always been bad, but they are the worst it's ever been. In the last 3 times I've been there in the past month, every order had something wrong. It's a completely ridiculous, it doesn't matter how busy it is or if you're the only person going through the drive through. There is something seriously wrong with this Wendys and the people who manage and work there. Something needs to be done. They are one step away from just taking a poo on a bin and giving it to you

The compressor is broke on the soda stream machine, the employees fill your cup with ice, and essentially, you're drinking warm-ish soft drinks. A regular customer told me it's been like that for a while. I had a previous experience that was negative with slow service. The employee was high at the drive-through and told I told myself I wouldn't be back, but I unfortunately forgot. Shame on owner being a cheap skate, no one likes warm soda with their meal!

I went through the drive through, paid for my food and drink, got my drink and was told to park. I parked and they didn't come out with my food. By the time I went inside I only had 5 minutes left of my lunch break, so I left without my food. I didn't have the option to take a receipt, so I'm stuck with a $12 soda. The person behind the counter seemed too swamped to help. Very bad experience, won't be returning.

Me and my husband went through the drive through and he order the number I double hamburger with no cheese and plain when we gotbour oder they added cheese on his burger he went inside and complained they told my husband he was being disrespectful how they the ones that missed up not after he told them.twice no cheese on his burger this happen to.many times don't know if we will return Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

The GM at this location has terrible customer service. Very rude and disrespectful. She should not be in the food industry. Motto is leave your problems at home and do not take them out on your customers. Overall she needs to be replaced because she will lose customers and without customers there is no business.

Lobby closed no atmosphere also the app only had lunch choices and it was breakfast so I had to pay at the window and couldn't use my app but the sausage egg cheese muffin was really tasty. They were out of hash browns so they were serving fries which is okay but not as good as the breakfast hash brown

Orders always get canceled through delivery apps even though it’s a “24hr” fast food restaurant. Just turn it off?!! I’ve had 3 to 4 different drivers multiple times attempt to pick up my order and they message me it’s closed. Just change your hours. It’s not that hard
