I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru where I was overcharged. When I tried to address the issue, a woman—who wasn’t wearing a Wendy’s uniform and appeared disheveled—began shouting and acting very unprofessionally. Her hair was unkempt, and she was spitting while talking, which is unacceptable in a food environment. I asked for her name since she didn’t have a name tag, but she refused to provide it and seemed to intimidate her coworkers as well. Wendy’s should not tolerate staff who behave this way, especially when it involves being disrespectful to customers and mishandling money.
all the employees were nice but the mod (at 8:24pm on july 6th) was yelling across the room saying i couldn’t come in to use the bathroom after i was let in. I get that the diner wasn’t open and would have been fine leaving but there was no reason for that lady to yell like that. the person at the register also waited for her permission before giving us her name and said her name was caroline but i doubt it. she was super unprofessional and didn’t even look at us or want to talk to us when we were at the window.
I wanted to grab breakfast in the morning using the drive-thru, but the woman taking my order was very rude. Every time I placed an order, she would respond with phrases like "oh my god" and was dismissive after each item. This was my first visit to this Wendy's, and I won't be returning.
low customer service. the kiosk was broken, the manager had the nerve to tell me after he had waited almost 30 minutes to order that they can no longer call orders because the kerl in register is too busy in training them. How is this my problem? very unprofessional! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Insanely friendly staff and service like no other and that's what really makes a fast food place worthy of the trip. The food was nice and hot in addition to be amazingly delicious. By far the best Wendy's location I have ever been to so far
I like this Wendy's, never had a bad meal here and there's a Spanish woman with an accent who seems like she could be the manager that always does an outstanding job. It's nice to see people take pride in their work and she deserves a raise
They claim the dinning room is closed but had people eating in the dinning room. Must because I was wearing a backpack and being a black man. I have the manager on duty first and last name. I'll just contact corp with pictures I've taken.
always a good experience, even if there is a long line on the laufwerk thru they seem to get all in a good time. Eating is always fresh and hot. so far I had no bad experience. I don't think that din is open, so that's a -1 start for me. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Today was my first time visiting this location. I went about a hour before closing. There was no one in line, the food was extremely fresh and hot and the customer service was great.
