She was incredibly polite and professional, while also maintaining a warm relationship with both her colleagues and customers. The level of customer service provided by her was exceptional and deserves to be commended more frequently. I used to be a McDonald's fan until I tried Wendy's. I went there a few times with my friend Wendy and I was impressed. The fries were crispier, hotter, and had a better taste than McDonald's. The burgers at Wendy's were also hotter and had a great taste. I will definitely be visiting Wendy's more often now.
Used to come to work at this location from my own store to lend an extra hand. Nice people and fast service. Years later came in for Doordash order and it was ready in under 30 seconds. No complaints.
