Wendy's - Tisch reservieren

I don't eat often at wendy, but yesterday I was in the opposite and decided to eat at this special place for a bite. it was my first time I had eaten from this place. I didn't go in. Instead, I drove through the drive. I regret stopping this wendy because the young people (yes, they were young a girl and a guy) who worked through the drive were strange people. I don't want to say they were rude or unrespectful, but I think they were ignorant. I went with that to the counterspeaking facility and gave my command. I said thank you, there was no answer. I didn't think of it. I pulled that window up to pay. I said hi and gave the young lady my card. she didn't recognize. she saw me dead in my eye...

that is one of the most tragic franchises they ever come. budget at least 15 minutes of their time when they plan to go through the drive-thru, even if it is for a small frosty. this location has been a dirty experience for several years. once in the year I think I'm sure that I just caught them at a bad time, they can't really be that slow, and each time they're really so slow. I feel bad for the employees who have to take over the frustrations of the customers, they naturally don't deserve it. they really have to shut down and start with completely new management. I ask them not to go here if they are on any kind of time restriction.

Lunchtime reward. Kids asked for Jr Baconators and a Frosty. This location had a drive thru line, about a 10 minute wait. Best deals on menu are the 4 for $4 and $5 Meal deal. Choices of Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Bacon Cheeseburger or Cheeseburger. $5 Meal Deal is the Bacon Double Stack. Ordered a Crispy Chicken and Bacon Double Stacks. The sandwiches and nuggets were great, fresh and tasty. The fries were lackluster and not crunchy. At pick up window, they didnt have Chocolate frosty's prepared so only option was Vanilla. Plain jane was fine to dip the soggy fries. Otherwise, this location is a great value and occassional treat.

that is the dirtyest wendys I've ever been to, not only eating is disgusting, but also the employees. I've never experienced such an rude service in my life. I was rushed in the drive to take my order before I could even finish a complete order the running Thru personnel held rudely say that it is that it. When I got the food of my sohnes, it had a big hair cream in it. I was mad because I was on the eway on the way to his game. I called the man right away. I took that back this morning and got a refund. I told the manager how rude the hired yesterday was, but she didn't give a damn and was very dismissed. I'm calling!

We stopped here the other night to pick up a quick dinner on our way home. We had a really great experience. The staff was excellent, they saw my kids and gave them apple slices, juice boxes, and the toys that come in the kids meals for free, even though we didn't order kids meals. It was super thoughtful of them and made my kids so happy! They were really busy that night but still had super quick service. We were in and out in under 5 minutes. Our orders were correct and the food was hot and fresh. No issues there at all. This is a great Wendy's location and we will definitely be stopping by again soon!
