My wife and I are homeless and we managed to scrape up 25 dollars and go to Wendy's for dinner. My wife special ordered her meal and when she got her food it was cold they remade the sandwich and this time forgot the special order so they made it a thirdtime and finally got it rite by then I was finished eating. So much for dinner together. Then we ordered a frosty for the ridehome and it was so warm it was like drinking milk straight from the cow. I will never go to that Wendy again
My kids are big fans of this place. While we typically go to fast food spots like McDonald's, Jack in the Box, Carl's Jr., or Burger King, Wendy's is our family's top choice. The 4 for $5 meal is a favorite among the kids, and the new chicken sandwiches are outstanding. I've always loved their burgers, and the new breakfast sausage biscuits are far superior to McDonald's—larger and incredibly tasty. Everything here tastes so fresh!
The food at Wendy's was fairly ordinary and nothing outstanding. Unfortunately, my bike was stolen during my visit, and the manager was not available to help. They did not offer any compensation or assistance. I also observed a significant increase in homeless people in the vicinity, which was worrying. For safety, I carry my police-issued military-grade pepper spray. This used to be a nicer neighborhood.
This location is notably fast and clean. The manager, Alondra, was exceptionally professional and attentive while I was placing my order. She truly exceeded my expectations. My food was prepared promptly, despite my large order. The team also adhered to COVID safety protocols flawlessly. I highly recommend this spot if you want a quick meal with excellent service! Two of my friends stopped at the drive-thru on their way to my house. My fries were fine, but my double cheeseburger had a long hair running right through the middle. When I called to speak with the manager, she said all her staff were wearing hats and didn’t know how to respond, then she abruptly hung up on me.
5 stars amazing food and frostys thanks too the young man with long sleeve in the drive thru always quick and always is polite I?m really satisfied with his customer service he?s always positive and nice asking if i need anything else always.
I had a great experience at Wendy's thanks to a very helpful server who went the extra mile to assist my friend and me with the menu. A big thank you to Wendy Anahem for being such a fantastic employee!
