Two weeks ago, I experienced a long wait for my order, and as a gesture of apology, an employee at Wendy's offered me a coupon for a free combo meal. I didn't ask for this; it was simply given to me. Today, with the coupon set to expire next week, I attempted to redeem it, but the manager responded very rudely, saying they don't accept such coupons. When I tried to explain that I had received the coupon from an employee at this very location, she interrupted me abruptly and insisted that she had never seen it before and that they don’t have that coupon. The place was dirty and the staff seemed clueless. There were no paper towels in the bathrooms. Yet an employee came out right before I went in. I assume he didn't wash his hands or didn't care. The tables were all a mess. The food was as ordered andfairly quick, but they employees seemed more interested in hanging out and talking then cleaning. Even when things were slow,they were just hanging out talking or would go outside to smoke.
The restaurant was super clean, the staff was friendly and did a great job with our order that was through the mobile app. Life hack the mobile app is the only way to go when ordering Wendy’s. Bathrooms were clean as well. Definitely recommend this location.
There wasn?t a clean table in a completely empty lobby. The order was incorrect. The ketchup was empty and all the garbages were full. The bathroom was also dirty. I?m not typically a negative person, but this was horrid.

I visited the drive-thru yesterday between 3:20 and 3:40 PM, and I overheard the manager on the phone, which seemed personal. After her call, she started yelling at the employees, which came across as unprofessional.
The food was good and they got the order correct, but they were very slow and there seemed to be a lot of confusion behind the counter. Maybe they were just having a bad day. Hopefully they'll do better next time.
Xander is awesome. He's super cool and does his job as he should. He is hilarious and always cracking jokes. And the food here is really good.
I thought the sour cream and chive potato comes with sour cream? It's disappointing when it's not included.
