The salads are inconsistent. You'll definitely notice if you order more than 1 salad. My partner I ordered 2 southwest salads:1 had NO guacamole, but a great amount of bacon and chickenThe other had barely any chicken and a half strip of baconThe leaves were old in both salads.If the leaves were fresh I would had given 3 stars.Tables are usually filthy along with the countertop where orders are taken.What I can say is that the undesirable salad was replaced with a better salad. Ordered a bacon pub burger Lg combo and a small chili.paid almost $17 .They gave me a chicken sandwich not a burger . Fries were broken up and really greasy to the point the grease was leaking out of the bottom. Wish i could post a picture. I Work hard for my money and to pay 17 for food i can't even eat.
I had some trouble placing my order since I could barely hear the person at the speaker. However, my order was correct, hot, and appeared to be freshly made when I picked it up. The customer service was excellent.

The fries were fresh and delicious! The natural drinks were also incredibly tasty. I truly enjoyed everything. Wendy's is one of the few fast food places I trust.
I had to wait a bit longer than expected because they were short-staffed, but other than that, everything was fine. I just wish they would serve the fries hot.
